Something is happening in the collective right now. Women who have never used the word priestess before are finding themselves drawn to it with an intensity they cannot entirely explain. They feel it in their bones before they have any intellectual framework for it. They recognise it as something they already are, rather than something they are trying to become.
If this is your experience, I want to tell you: you are not imagining it. And you are not alone.
What a priestess actually is
The word has a long history and many definitions. But at its essence, a priestess is a woman who serves as a bridge — between the human and the divine, between the visible and the invisible, between the wisdom of the inner world and the needs of the outer one. She is someone who carries something in her field — a frequency, a transmission, a quality of presence — that serves the healing and awakening of others.
In ancient cultures, this was an honoured role. Women who held this energy were respected, protected, sought out. They were the healers, the seers, the keepers of wisdom, the holders of ceremony.
Why so many women are remembering
I believe — and this is core to my work — that many of the women who are drawn to this path have lived it before. Not as metaphor. As actual lived experience across lifetimes. And that the remembering that is happening now is not coincidence — it is something that is being asked of the collective at this particular moment in time.
The world is in need of what the priestess carries. The capacity to hold space for deep transformation. The willingness to be a clear channel rather than a performing personality. The ability to see what is needed beneath the surface and to offer it with love.
How you know if this is your path
You have always felt somehow different. More sensitive than the people around you. More aware of what is happening beneath the surface of things. More drawn to the deep and the sacred than to the surface and the social.
You have a persistent sense of mission — of being here for something specific — even if you cannot yet name what it is. And you feel the ancient wisdom of this path in your body before you find it in any book. That is your recognition. Trust it.
