I met Teja more than twenty years ago, at a time when my life was full of chaos — I had just given birth, I was suffering at work, and my husband wasn’t taking care of the family. In my search for deeper meaning, I joined her workshops, and soon my husband joined me too.

That’s when our journey inward began — into the world of meditation and higher consciousness. Regular meetings helped us maintain focus and discipline, and we both started to change. Teja’s calm presence, patience, professionalism, and authenticity have been inspiring companions throughout this journey.

What I love most are her annual retreats, where I’ve met wonderful friends and reached new levels of self-discovery each time. Working with Teja helps me grow year after year — the learning never ends, and I’m excited for the next chapter!
