I am a mentor for personal growth and life transitions. I help people recognize where they have lost connection with themselves and gently guide them back to inner clarity, peace, and strength. My work weaves together energetic support, intuitive perception, and therapeutic touch that relaxes the body and awakens the connection with the heart.
I combine knowledge of psychosocial counselling, many years of experience in the healthcare field, and energy and spiritual practices. I am currently completing a spiritual teacher training program with Teja Wood, an exceptional teacher.
